Com VPNs, geralmente você recebe pelo que paga. Então, quando vi os preços baixos do Surfshark, fiquei cético quanto às avaliações tão positivas. Para verificar se ele realmente cumpria essas promessas, testei cada aspecto do Surfshark, incluindo suas velocidades, recursos de segurança, capacidades de streaming, confiabilidade de rede e compatibilidade com dispositivos.

Comecei a usar a Surfshark depois de ter problemas com a NordVPN, sérios problemas. Antes de chegar at... é a Surfshark passei pela Express VPN, e não gostei; passei pela CyberGhost e não gostei, até que topei com a boa avaliação dela no Google Play e passei a pesquisar mais sobre ela. HOJE sou 100% defensor da Surfshark: conexões ilimitadas, o recurso Clean funciona perfeitamente, me oferece opções variadas e seguras de protocolos a minha escolha, eu particularmente prefiro o ikev2 e as velocidades são incríveis! O chat deles é muito bom, as pessoas que nos atendem realmente entendem sobre o assunto e é instantâneo (nada de troca de e-mails, é ao vivo). Vão de Surfshark sem medo.Mais

Nao é porque todo mundo elogia que também será bom para vc!! ComigoSimplesmente NÃO FUNCIONOU! Descobr... i que ele não serviu quando estava no facebook e o mesmo ficou me sugerindo para eu me tornar membro de grupos da minha cidade. O ponto positivo é o suporte deles que é impecável. Depois de tentar de tudo, me indicaram baixar o OPENVPN e, embora limitado de recursos, está funcionando. Irei trocar para o nordvpn. Espero que nao me decepcione novamente!Mais

Been good so far
I bought a lifetime subscription a good 10 years ago, when Netflix first come to Australia.
When the ... DNS region workaround stopped working I didn't worry about it.
2 weeks ago I was using the included Mega VPN that comes with my Mega storage, Netflix kept flagged it being a VPN, I then remembered I had a lifetime at Getflix, so I logged back in, changed to my current email, tech support was fast to get it sorted, download all the OpenVPN files, put them onto my router and it's working perfectly.
I have 1Gb fibre internet and I haven't notice any speed decrease running through the LA Smart VPN, Netflix hasn't detected it once.
Plus I still have my "lifetime" access, it does say it'll expire in the year 2100, but I'll be long expired before then.
I personally recommended them, and have never really had an issue.Mais

Not working. Terrible customer service
I'm surprised this review is listed as being updated on Jan 22 and still lists US Netflix access, when... no access to US Netflix has been possible via Getflix since Sept 21 and still isn't possible.
As of this week access to Amazon, Prime US has also failed for me and the terrible customer service makes the whole experience so much worse. Typically the chat responses work until you ask a tricky question (like when will this be fixed?) and then they will disconnect you and the entire chat box option then disappears.
To make matters worse, despite knowing that several friends and colleagues have had the same experience (of being prematurely cut off) they will try to tell you that you disconnected the chat and that it must be an issue with your internet, although that has literally never happened to me on any other chat service online!
In the past the service would go down and they would tell you the backend team was working on fixing it and you'd get an eta, but now it seems that access to Netflix US and Amazon US are not going to be fixed, which is a core part of why people are using the service. It's cheaper than other options but now you know why...Mais
